46: CATCHING UP ON 2019

The Jase is away, the Halo we play. Join Jono and Joe as they catch up on lots of gaming stories from the first quarter of 2019. As it's been a while since our last podcast, there is plenty to talk about, including Halo news, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Apex: Legends, Crackdown 3, Tetris 99, Kingdom Hearts 3, Just Cause 4, Game Pass, Evangelion and more. The guys also gush over Dropmix (late to the party, but wow!) and end the podcast with a brief spoilerific chat about Captain Marvel.

GAMES ON THE CHEAP: APRIL 2017

Games with Gold, PlayStation Plus, Humble Bundle and more And just like that GAMES ON THE CHEAP has come back with some great games across the board! While there are a few standouts that I'm personally looking forward to playing, there are also a few games that I loved when I played them upon release that are on offer in April. My main recommendation here is picking up the HUMBLE Hooked on Multiplayer BUNDLE at the top tier (only USD$10). Not only will you get Helldivers, you'll also pick up Tricky Towers, a fun multiplayer take on Tetris. Then there is the HUMBLE Monthly BUNDLE giving away The Witness. PlayStation have gone two months in a row with one of their offerings being a newly released game, this time being (the long in beta but awesome looking) Drawn to Death. You also can't go wrong with the Xbox Live games, with the second season of Telltale's The Walking Dead being offered, among some classic gems. Check out the full list below. Here are the GAMES ON THE CHEAP for April 2017 Xbox Games With Gold Out from the 1st Darksiders – Xbox 360 Ryse: Son of Rome – Xbox One Out from the 16th Assassin's Creed Revelations – Xbox 360 The Walking Dead: Season 2 – Xbox One https://youtu.be/6sfRY8UFUEE PlayStation Plus Drawn to Death - PS4 Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime - PS4…

To say a lot of love has gone into this game is an understatement. Every element has been considered and the recreation and fitting in of these characters has been done masterfully. You can play the game here. Character Variety On the character selection screen you can choose to play as 10 different classic Nintendo characters, including Link, Samus, Simon Belmont and Mega Man. Clicking on any of these 10 characters will then allow you to select a whole gamut of versions of these characters and completely new ones, from Princess Peach to Tetris blocks! The amount of Mario and Mega Man versions alone would be enough. And these characters aren't just reskinnings of Mario either. They each behave like their versions in their own games, with Kid Icarus shooting arrows and Ryu Hayabusa able to climb walls and throw ninja stars. Then there is the fact that with each character the background music changes to their theme. Seriously. But wait, there's…
