BEST OF THE WEB: DESTINY 2 DANCE TRAILER

Freestyle Playground I'm all about Destiny 2 at the moment. The shooting is super tight, the Fireteam play is incredibly fun, the score is amazing, the story is interesting and every little niggling thing from the first game has been addressed and then some. Then there is the silly social elements of the game that I love, particularly the dancing. I have spent way too much time my time wisely dancing away. As much as I love the dancing in Destiny 2, I love the live action dance trailer from PlayStation Japan even more. It might seem like a bonkers way to advertise a game, but it pretty much sums it up perfectly. Check it out here: https://youtu.be/vII1AGyantY Here at VERSUS PLAYER we love everything nerdy and want to share with you some of our favourite things on the Internet. Best of the Web is an ongoing series where we do exactly that. BEST OF THE WEB: STAR WARS WEBTOON

A long time ago, manga style Star Wars Webtoon is a manga style web comic series by Hong Jacga. The comic goes through the original Star Wars trilogy, but from the perspective of Luke Skywalker. Being a web comic, it is presented vertically. This allows for some striking art pieces that require a few page scrolls to get through. This Korean comic boasts incredible art and some really interesting alterations to existing Star Wars dialogue. It is also completely free. Personally, I read the whole thing on my phone, snapping many screenshots that became beautiful phone backdrops (until the next incredible illustration). You can check out Star Wars webtoon here. You can also download Webtoon on your phone and read the whole thing for free there too. Here at VERSUS PLAYER we love everything nerdy and want to share with you some of our favourite things on the Internet. Best of the Web is an ongoing series where we do exactly that. BEST OF THE WEB: GEEKTYPER

Live out your haxor fantasy with GeekTyper GeekTyper is what I love about the Internet. It's a browser based hacking simulator that you can use to make it seem like you are a programmer hacking into a computer system. It's pretty much like you see in TV and movies. While it's not something you'll spend too much time mucking around with on your own, the fun really is in tricking family, friends and strangers. Pop it in full screen mode at the local library and freak everyone out (you probably shouldn't do that). There are a whole bunch of themes you can set, including SHIELD, Umbrella Corp, Aperture Science, Black Mesa, the Matrix, NASA, Anonymous, Microsoft Word, HE-MAN and more. You can check out GeekTyper here. You too can have mad two person on one keyboard haxor skillz, just like the crew in NCIS: https://youtu.be/msX4oAXpvUE If my recommendation isn't enough for you, how about one from the D O double G himself. https://twitter.com/fediafedia/status/715828280851607553 Here at VERSUS PLAYER we love everything nerdy and want to share with you some of our favourite things on the Internet. BEST OF THE WEB is an ongoing series where we do exactly that.
