As I never played GTA IV on PC I’m pumped to check out the mod scene. Also, I didn’t get to Episodes from Liberty City, which I know Jase will vouch for in a big way. I personally loved GTA Vice City back in the day and found Max Payne 3 to be a fantastic game.
