EA Won’t Let you Refund Battlefront II

It looks like EA have disabled the option of getting a refund for Star Wars Battlefront II. I could speculate that too many refunds have broken the system but the cynic in me says that EA hopes you will give up on the 60+ minute wait times to speak with a representative and hopefully forget about the whole thing.
